These self-adjusting welding rotators D-TLRS create an added value to processing and moves your manufacturing to a top level. The D-TLRS self-adjusting welding rotators belongs to our Top Line Series and is a real Top-class machine. All D-TLRS wheels are equipped with solid polyurethane tyres which are ideal for stainless steel work pieces and Top-class electronic components from Siemens and Yaskawa. The strong and durable construction creates a very high stability. Self adjusting to different diameters of the working piece excellent pressure distribution due to the 4 rollers per tool which leads to less distortion of the work piece especially when the wall of the item is thin mechanical adjustment for railways. We supply the D-TLRS with a capacity from 5.000 kg up to 500 t. We also provide tailor-made D-TLRS welding rotators according to your special requirements.
